简历:杨自忠,教授,博士生导师,中国动物学会蛛形学专业委员会委员。主要从事从事药用蜘蛛系统学研究和蜘蛛基因组及其毒素多组学研究研究。主持和参与各类科研项目17项,其中国家自然科学基金5项、云南省科技厅基础研究重点2项和面上项目1项、主持云南省科技厅生物医药重大专项子项目1项。已发表相关的科研论文140余篇,其中42篇被SCI索引,中科院分区一区2篇,二区11篇,三区8篇,四区21篇,文章目录。主编《云南蜘蛛名录》和《云南常见蜘蛛》,参编《中国蜘蛛生态大图鉴》。发现和发表蛛形动物新种120种。获得发明专利3项。已培养13位药学硕士研究生。

研究领域:①云南蜘蛛区系分类及其演化;②大疣蛛科蜘蛛资源、系统学、基因组及毒素研究;③蜘蛛资源天然产物发掘及开发利用。
